The Gift of Hope Foundation is founded on the Power of Hope. From a child’s perspective, it has been documented that having at least one trusted adult, actively participating in the life of a child can play a positive, strategic role in the life of a child. This manifests itself in a healthy development of the child’s
outlook on life, their ability to make positive decisions and their ultimate success to adulthood.
Hope is one of the most powerful emotions known to humans. It can be the difference between success and failure. Hope is the key to achieving the results one wants and needs to make. However, obstacles can be placed in the way. If Hope stands firm, those obstacles can be overcome.
Sometimes it is necessary to find ways to help sustain Hope for someone else. This is the foundation for The Gift of Hope.
Now more than ever before; it has been said that every child is just one mentor away from success. The difference between hope and despair is a mentor. Not only does the mentee benefit, the mentor is enriched in inconceivable and unexpected ways.
